DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS

What is the delivery time?

We strive to deliver the orders within two days, provided that the mail is delivered on the relevant days. Usually orders are delivered before 16:00 the next day (NL). Delivery England 4-5 days

What are the shipping costs?

There are no shipping costs for orders from €25,- Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands is €3,25 Track & Trace within the Netherlands €7,00

What's the reconsideration period?

We give 14 days for reconsideration. After 14 days, products will only be accepted if it is a defect that falls within the warranty.

How can I reach you in case of a defect or return?

You can use the contact form on the contact page or send an email to info@quiges.com. Always mention your name and order number and add photos if necessary.

Is there a warranty?

It is always possible that the product has not been properly qualified or that it has been damaged during shipment. We always ask for pictures, so we can discuss this with the manufacturer. In consultation with you as a buyer, we will shorten the next steps by e-mail. Defective items will normally be replaced.

How do I return the product?

You can mention the answer number 5557, so you don't have to pay any shipping costs. Make sure that the package is well packaged.

Can I exchange products?

Uiteraard kan er geruild worden. Dit kan echter alleen als het binnen de 14 dagen bedenktijd is of als het binnen de garantie valt. Neem contact met ons op en wij zorgen dat alles in orde komt.

DISCOUNT CODE

How do I use a discount code

At checkout you have the possibility to enter the code. Discount codes do not work on products that are already on discount. The discount is calculated on the unpriced products in your shopping cart. It is also not possible to use more than one discount code at a time.
